Ochranná fólie na LCD a naklánění modelu / Protective LCD foil and How to orient prints

Modely je dobré naklonit. Nechci hned říkat, že to nutné udělat před každým tiskem. Je však třeba říci, že právě to bývá nejčastější příčinou nezdařeného tisku. Model, který tiskneme, se prostě utrhne od platformy a spadne do   vaničky s tekutým resinem. To následně může způsobit, že dojde k protržení FEP filmu a resin vyteče na LCD displej. Případně i do tiskárny. Protože to není technická závada, na reklamaci nemáte nárok. Tedy já jsem o tom nikdy neslyšel. V každém případě nás pak čeká minimálně výměna displeje, tedy něčeho, co tvoří velkou část ceny tiskárny.

Osobně proto doporučuji ochrannou fólii na displej. Pokud neseženete potřebnou velikost, protože každý displej má jiné rozměry (zeptejte se proto svého prodejce), stačí použít FEP fólii bez předvyražených otvorů a jednoduše ji sestříhat na rozměr, jaký potřebujete. Tedy větší než je plocha displeje. Fólii pak ještě opatrně přelepíte izolepou a je to. Pokud se teď FEP fólie poruší a resin vyteče, stačí jen resin z vaničky opatrně vylít - nezapomeňte, že je to jedovatá chemikálie - a poškozenou FEP fólii ve vaničce vyměnit. Stejně tak i ochrannou fólii na LCD. Vřele tento postup doporučuji.

It is good to tilt the models. I do not want to immediately say that it is necessary to do it every time. However, it must be said that this is the most common cause of failed printing. The model we are printing simply breaks away from the platform and falls into a tub of liquid resin. This can subsequently cause the FEP film to rupture and the resin to leak onto the LCD display. Or even to the printer. As it is not a technical fault, you are not entitled to a claim. I mean, I've never heard of it. In any case, we will at least have to replace the display, something that makes up a large part of the price of the printer. 

 That's why I personally recommend a screen protector. If you can't get the size you need because each display has different dimensions (ask your dealer for that), just use FEP film without pre-punched holes and simply cut it to the size you need. That is, larger than the display area. Then carefully cover the foil with insulating tape and that's it. Now, if the FEP film breaks and the resin leaks out, all you have to do is carefully pour the resin out of the tub - remember that it is a poisonous chemical - and replace the damaged FEP film in the tub. As well as the protective film on the LCD. I highly recommend this procedure.

9. Pro snížení rizika nepovedeného tisku je potřeba model před tiskem naklonit o 10° - 15° u malých předmětů a předmětů s nepravidelným povrchem. U předmětů s velkou plochou a rovným povrchem jako třeba stavby pak 30°- 45°. Snížíme tím síly, které by mohly model odtrhnout od základny. Výrazně se tím skutečně riziko odtržení od podložky sníží. 

 

10. Pro ochranu LCD displeje tiskárny a samotné tiskárny, je třeba instalovat na 3-D tiskárnu ochrannou fólii. Pokud neseženeme přesnou velikost, stejně poslouží i náhradní FEP fólie potřebných rozměrů. Na samotné sklo LCD displeje totiž NIKDY nic nelepíme a musíme počítat s většími rozměry než je samotná obrazovka. Fólii přilepíme obyčejnou průhlednou lepící páskou.

#10 To protect the LCD display of the printer and the printer itself, it is necessary to install the necessary film on the 3-D. If we can't find the exact size, spare FEP foils of the required dimensions will do just as well. We NEVER glue anything to the glass of the LCD display itself and we have to count on larger dimensions than the screen itself. We stick the foil with ordinary transparent adhesive tape.
