Atentát na zastupujícího říšského protektora Reinharda Heydricha - 27.5.1942

27. května 1942 provedli členové skupiny Anthropoid atentát na zastupujícího říšského protektora Reinharda Heydricha. Právě i díky této z jejich strany sebevražedné akci se jednak podařilo zabrátnit likvidaci českého národa a po válce bylo Československo  bráno jako stát náležijící ke straně vítězů ve válce proti Německu. Parašutistům se nepodařilo včas opustit Prahu a v kryptě kostela sv. Cyrila a Metoděje nalezli svůj konec. Československo jim vděčí za hodně. Vlastní atentát provedli Jan Kubiš a Josef Gabčík.

On May 27, 1942, members of the Anthropoid group carried out an assassination attempt on the acting Reich Protector Reinhard Heydrich. It was thanks to this suicidal action on their part that the liquidation of the Czech people was prevented and after the war Czechoslovakia was considered a state belonging to the victorious side in the war against Germany. The paratroopers failed to leave Prague in time and met their end in the crypt of the Church of St. Cyril and Methodius. The actual assassination was carried out by Jan Kubiš and Josef Gabčík. Czechoslovakia owes them a lot.

Na internetu lze nalézt i mnoho článků, videí, studií věnovaných historii, technice, historii oblékání, jazyků a umění obecně. Protože z hodně z nich velmi často vycházím ve chvíli, kdy začínám pracovat na nějaké figurce a přijdou mi i užitečné přinejmenším v tom smyslu, že si tím i rozšířím obzory. Zároveň je to užitečné i proto, že pak mě to v dobrém donutí k tomu, abych studoval dál. A protože mi nepřijde správné si to nechávat jen pro sebe, tady je první z nich v nové nepravidelné rubrice Historické okénko. Jen malé připomenutí - ne vše, co v nějakém zdroji je, je možné mít za jedinou pravdou. Zároveň se však nejedná ani o lež. Je zkrátka mít přístup k volné diskuzi a v tomto konkrétním případě tedy studiu. A k tomu jsou potřeba podklady. Nejen v té figurkařině, jenže to bych se dostal někam, kam nechci.

In short, there must be an access to free discussion and, in this particular case, study. And for that you need as many documents documents as you can find. Not only in the figure making (I mean sculpting, painting), but... I would end up somewhere I don't want to be.
